1 large can Red Kidney Beans in Water - drained and rinsed
1/4 lb Reduced-fat grated Mature Cheddar
8 Garlic & Coriander Tortilla Wraps
Black Pepper - optional

Preheat oven to 190 C/Gas 5. Lightly oil a large ovenproof dish.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and pepper for 5 minutes until softened,

Stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes and beans to the pan, season with black pepper and heat straight through for 5 minutes stirring the mix lightly.

Divide half the cheese in the middle of each tortilla, then add the tomato and bean mixture, equal amounts in the middle of each tortilla, dish up with a green salad Walla they will love it folks. This will nothing else but feed four family members, and if you are specific where you shop will cost you under five pounds.

This next meal is a particular favourite of mine, and I am sure you will enjoy it just as much as myself.

Fishy Chilli

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons of hot chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
Large can of chopped tomatoes
Small can of tuna, drained
Large can of red kidney beans, drained
Small can sweetcorn drained
Salt & ground black pepper
2 bags boil in the bag rice, brown rice if you can get it.

Method

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and moderately cook the onion and mushrooms for 4 minutes.

Stir in the chili powder, cumin and herbs and then add the chopped tomatoes, tuna, red kidney beans, sweetcorn and seasoning.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes

Meanwhile cook the rice according to the packet instructions.

That's it done dish it up, and enjoy another meal for less than a fiver. There is enough here to feed four people.
